Going to Paris has always been a dream of mine. I always pictured it as magical as I had seen it in movies and TV shows so my I fantasized about how special it would be to actually travel there for the first time. Honestly, so many people had told me how magical Paris was that I thought that it couldn't possibly live up to all the hype that had building over all these years. But you know what? It exceeded every hyped expectation I ever had. Plus, I got to experience it with my sister, Ariana, which made it even more special. Over the past two years, Ariana and I have been making it a point to travel together and we have been really making good on that promise. I have to say, Paris is probably the most epic Sister Trip we have taken yet so I wanted to write a blog post to not only commemorate our trip but also, a lot of you asked for me to break down our special Paris Sister Trip.

"An afternoon shopping is an afternoon well spent." A talented and brilliant person made up this quote and that person is ME. As someone who genuinely loves to shop, it's hard not to get seduced by the convenience of online shopping. However, nothing beats going into a beautiful store that is not only filled with your favorite designer items, but also introduces you to the newest trends and designers you may not have ever heard of before.

Since I haven't been as confident in myself lately, I have been leaning on animal print items in my wardrobe so I can "fake it 'til I make it."

As I was putting this birthday post together, I kept thinking about how quickly time has gone by. There are times when I stop myself and think, "woah, I'm in my 30's!" because honestly, it feels like I was just 21 a second ago. When I was a kid, I remember my parents always talking about how quickly time moves and I thought that was ridiculous because time moved so much slower for me. Now that I'm 33, I really understand what they were saying. But you know what? Not one part of me wants to be 21 again. I really love the age I am and I feel like with each year, my life gets better and fuller.
