Outfit Details | Jacket (J Crew Factory, last year but similar here), Sweater (Zara), Dress (Madewell, similar), Boots (Marc by Marc Jacobs, on sale!), Sunglasses (Karen Walker), Purse Pom Poms (c/o YogaStudio55 via Etsy), Beanie (ASOS, last year but similar here).

Fall weekends are the perfect time to layer up, especially as the days and nights get increasingly cooler. Weather in the Bay Area has been a bit schizophrenic lately as we keep see-sawing back and forth between warm/muggy days and really cold days. But this irregularity is nothing that I little layering can’t fix! Year round, SF locals knows that layering is the key to both keeping cool and staying warm. This army jacket is the perfect piece for layering because it has a little extra room for additional items, such as a chunky cardigan sweater and dress. It’s also partially lined with the softest sherpa material that keeps me warm once the sun goes down. Plus, it’s so neutral that you can pretty much pair it with anything!

Just a couple days until Thanksgiving! I know I’m sure counting down the days.
