Outfit Details | Top (Urban Outfitters, similar style), Pants (J Crew, similar), Shoes (J Crew, similar), Sunglasses (Rebecca Minkoff, old), Lipstick (MAC “Snob”), Earrings (J Crew Factory, love these).

Enter one of my favorite pair of pants. Leave it to J Crew to create the PERFECT chartreuse pants that not only make a statement, but feel so classic and cool at the same time. I drooled over these pants for quite some time before I caved and bought them (on promotion, of course!) and I am so glad that I did. The quality of these pants is beyond amazing and I love that I can pair them with prints just as easily as I can color block them like I’ve done here.

Hey, I get it. Chartreuse is bright and these pants make an especially neon statement. However, when you pair these pants with a white top, like this leather peplum top, the color does not seem overwhelming. Also, electric blue is a great compliment to chartreuse so I threw on these J Crew Etta pumps to complete the outfit.

Also, I have a confession. I have a major sweet tooth and seem to be drawn to the types of candy that no one else likes in this day and age. Jonny always makes fun of how much I love Jujubes, but he just doesn’t understand my love for classic gummy candies. Also, I can eat a lot of these “fat free” candies and not feel too guilty for indulging my constant sweet craving. Score! Plus, this particular box of Jujubes complimented my outfit rather well, don’t you think?

Are you starting to find yourself more interested in this fabulous color?! I sure hope so!
