An outfit worthy of the holiday season

Even though I bought this outfit back in October, I 100% envisioned it for the holiday season. Don't you think it's just perfect for December? I love that it's festive without feeling too over the top. I mean, don't get me wrong, I adore over the top holiday looks as much as the next gal but there are times when wearing something that is still festive but a bit less sequin-y is the best option (think office party).

Being pregnant during the fall and winter time can cause some outerwear challenges, especially since I have found that I don't love feeling constricted by structured coats as often because they no longer button over my baby bump. However, my solution to this issue has been the sweater coat. Would you ever wear a strong shoulder sweater? When Isabel Marant released a version of this sweater in early fall, I immediately fell in love. Sweater dresses are my new BFFs. No really, even though I've always loved them, I have grown to appreciate them so much more since I've become pregnant. Not only are they insanely comfortable to wear but they are also very easy to layer under winter coats and other accessories and this beauty from Hatch is no exception. Before I got pregnant, I remember seeing ads for Hatch on Instagram and also heard many of my friends raving about them as well.
