You all may remember my collaboration with my favorite SF brand, Ruti, last spring. The flowy, beautiful constructed dresses and the insanely gorgeous prints are so unique that I can’t help but gush about Ruti every chance I get. I was recently invited back to the Fillmore Ruti store (my favorite, but I’m probably biased since I’m a local SF gal) to meet the woman, the myth, the LEGEND, the designer Ruti herself! It’s safe to say that I felt like a silly fan girl when I met Ruti in person (I was so excited!), but she’s so cool and sweet that you quickly feel like gal pals.
Anyway, after we chatted, I basically tried on the entire store and loved every. single. thing. Seriously, I feel like this store is made my me. It’s rare that I love every single piece in one store, but man, I wanted to walk out the door with everything! I would say that this is a good problem to have, but my husband does not agree. Boys, right?
I am so excited to show off this beautiful dress today. Is it not stunning? One thing about Ruti’s pieces is that she designs with REAL women in mind. This means that things in the store will actually fit AND flatter you. I love Ruti’s attention to detail, like the exaggerated ruffles at the hem of the skirt and the collared neckline! This dress is pretty much perfect and I can’t wait to twirl all through winter in it!
