With only a little over a month until our wedding (eeee!), I have been looking for healthy ways to keep fit, both with exercise and diet. However, healthy doesn’t always equal delicious and for me (ahem, someone who LOVES food), healthy eating can get boring pretty quickly. Thankfully, I have partnered with noosa Yoghurt to make eating healthy fun again!
First off (and most importantly), noosa Yoghurt is delicious. In fact, it’s so delicious that everyone couldn’t keep them hands off of them when they arrived. While the adorable packaging helps draw the eye, it’s the thick and creamy yoghurt that really gets people’s attention and keeps them coming back for seconds (and thirds!). Plus, the flavor variety is unmatched by any other yoghurts I’ve seen. I mean, pineapple and jalapeño!?? How genius is that combination?!
noosa Yoghurt is now my go-to snack on the go and I’ve even put a few in the freezer to get that “froyo” experience when my sweet tooth starts rearing it’s familiar head after dinner. Spoiler alert: it’s delicious. Basically, when I want a healthy snack (noosa is lightly sweetened with locally-sourced REAL honey! Goodbye, sugar-guilt!), noosa’s got my back.
