Nature has been a bit confused in city so Jonny and I drove to Marin in search of fall trees. Luckily, we found them in Mill Valley, an adorable little town! There is something so magical about the changing leaves and we don’t really see much of a change in our foliage in the city because the weather doesn’t dramatically change like it does in the North Bay. This is a typical weekend outfit for me. I love turtleneck sweaters because they do a much better job of keeping me feeling toasty than sweaters without a built in neck-warmer. Throw on a denim skirt and some heeled booties and you got yourself a great fall look. Isn’t this denim skirt so unique with it’s side buckle detailing? I remember wearing skirts similar to this when I was younger and I love that this style has circled back around. The small slit that the buckles create also add a dash of sexiness without going too overboard, which is something I look for when I’m wearing a pretty conservative top.

In other news, it’s Monday (ugh) but this weekend is Halloween (yay!). I hope today goes by quickly and painlessly. Just think, after today we are one step closer to our favorite spooky holiday!

Great Weekend outfit. Love the skirt with the turtleneck sweater, a favorite style of mine for xxxxxx amount of years. That little purse pompom is soooooo cute. Well Done!
