Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. Here in San Francisco, the weather has been absolutely amazing, so us locals are rejoicing that we actually get to enjoy a little bit of warm weather, at least until the fog rolls in. Even though we San Franciscans have a love/hate relationship with the fog, we can’t help but be charmed by it’s cooling qualities, especially on scorching hot days (most of us don’t have air conditioning!).
Speaking of SF charms, one of my favorite things about blogging is introducing you all to new Bay Area based clothing boutiques on my radar. I was recently introduced to Rossi & Rei, a San Francisco based online boutique whose goal is to bring sophisticated Italian style to American women. I am absolutely in LOVE with this idea. When I traveled to Italy with my family last year, I couldn’t help but notice that Italians just ooze style. I also observed that Italian styles were sophisticated but also very unique compared to the fast fashion that we are used to seeing here in the states. This is something I love about Rossi & Rei. Ladies, I was fortunate enough to see the entire Rossi & Rei collection in person and I couldn’t help but fall in love with every single piece. The luxurious materials, the unique cuts, and the effortless ease of each piece speak highly to the quality that Rossi & Rei are committed to. Two pieces that I quickly became obsessed with are this GORGEOUS denim jacket and these insanely cool platform loafers. Are these pieces not to die for? For this shoot, I actually wore this jacket as a top (works great both as a top and as a jacket!) and loved the look of it with my patchwork denim jeans. Also, these shoes. THESE SHOES! I have gotten so many compliments on these shoes and I can see why! They are so on trend at the moment (hello, 90’s!) and they are very comfortable. I didn’t even need to break them in! The buttery soft leather forms right to your foot and helps give an edge to any outfit you pair them with.
