With the rain back in the Bay, it’s hard not to get a little bitter about it, especially when you’re shooting blog photos. During this blog shoot, Julia and I were stoked that we were supposed to have a small pocket of time where we wouldn’t be rained out. However, that pocket of no rain ended up being 30 seconds long and we were hit with a torrential down pour. It was crazy! Luckily, Julia and I are friends and we just ended up hanging out/driving around chatting until the rain let up to let us shoot. You’ll notice my jacket is totally rained on toward the end, but that’s just all part of the fun, right?
In other news, I just cannot get enough of these Golden Goose glitter sneakers. They are so fun and comfy that they literally go with everything in my wardrobe. As much as I love pairing them with like colors (think my all grey outfit that I posted for Monday’s blog post!), I also loved slipping them on with a more casual jeans/button down/coat look as well. Talk about versatile!
Also, don’t forget that I am hosting a casual styling event at Nordstrom San Francisco Salon Shoes at 6:00 pm this evening. We will be celebrating the fact that Nordstrom is now carrying the beloved brand Golden Goose shoes! If you’re in the area and can make it, I’d love to see you there!
