There’s something truly magical about gingham. Maybe it’s because gingham invokes thoughts and feelings that circle around warm weather, longer days, and vacations. In the spring and summer, gingham tends to be one of the only prints I want to wear. I find myself reaching for it constantly, mostly because it’s comfortable to wear when it’s hot outside but I also just love how playful it is. I found this Zara jumpsuit a few weeks ago when I was shopping for something totally different (that’s always how it happens, right?) but I just couldn’t walk away from it. I just loved the cut and the white buttons and the navy and white print! I don’t think I would (really more like “could”) wear this piece without a top underneath but as you all know, I love the layered look so I’m cool with it. Anyway, I can’t wait to wear this piece all summer long. BBQ’s, here I come!
