I really really really like dressing for holidays. I mean, I really love it. It kinda takes me back to being a kid when everything was themed for the whatever holiday was coming up. School projects, clothing, you name it. I always loved this type of commitment to the holidays and even as an adult, I find that I still love dressing for each holiday! Now that Christmas is this week (eek!!!!), I’ve decided to dedicate each outfit this week to the celebration of Christmas, starting with this red and green ensemble. You might not immediately think to pair bright orange-red with olive green, but I am loving the unexpected combo. It says “holidays” without going to over the top with your usual deep greens and blue-reds.

Outstanding outfit. Luv the skirt and sweater, so right for this cold, winter weather. That olive color in th coat is awesome paired with the bright color in your skirt/sweater – a truly marvelous combination……I am not a real fan of booties, or really high heels, but I find myself wishing for these shoes! They are so striking…..
I cannot believe half of this outfit is HM… you make it look ab fab!
