Spring has sprung here in San Francisco! The birds are chirping, the fog is more humid than cold, and the days are getting longer (yay!!!). Even though I get just as excited as the next person about the arrival of spring, I am a fall and winter girl at heart. I love coats, faux furs, boots, you get the picture. However, living in SF does give a girl options as the weather, even in the summer, can be somewhat unpredictable.
Enter this faux fur coat from Forever 21. I know, you’re probably thinking “Forever 21?! Seriously?!” That was my thought exactly and when I pushed “submit order,” I was already thinking that I was probably going to have to return it. However, the quality on this little jacket is really great! It doesn’t even shed (hallelujah!) and the material is incredibly soft. This is a perfect layering piece for SF spring and summer because it’s much lighter than a winter jacket, but it still has that fuzzy texture that I am drawn to on fall and winter pieces. Since spring is much more pastel heavy, I think this is the perfect transitional outfit to bust you our of your winter clothes rut and get you excited for the warmer months ahead. Yes, even I am getting excited to spring outfits thanks to this little fuzzy number.

Hi Lisa! Thank you so much. I have always had a complicated relationship with pants because I love them, but I never feel super confident in them. It’s so fun to change it up and go with a track pant style every now and again!
