Collared Blouse / Red Midi Skirt / Leather Pumps / Polka Dot Clutch / Felt Fedora / Mirrored Metal Sunglasses
The transition to fall can be full of excitement due to both the changing of the seasons and daydreaming about all of the fall outfits that I can’t wait to wear (okay, maybe it’s just me). However, September and October are San Francisco’s hotter months, which can make my highly anticipated transition into fall styles a touch difficult. Actually, unless you love sweating profusely, it’s pretty much impossible. Today, I put together a little transitional “summer to fall” outfit that I could easily wear right now and still live to tell the tale. Lucky for me (and you!) midi skirts are still having a very strong moment. I bought one of my first midi skirts last winter (almost a year ago! Yikes!) and I have been hooked ever since. They are so easy to wear and help anyone and everyone look incredibly chic. This season, I want to add a touch more edge to my more demure sense of style. Some amazing cut-out heeled booties, a pop of red, a collared sweater, a fedora, and those STUNNING mirrored sunglasses are all on my Fall 2014 wish list. Remember when I was having doubts about mirrored sunglasses? Well, now I am officially hooked and definitely want to add this pair to my collection. My favorite part about this outfit, besides it’s obvious chic-appeal, is that I can nab all of these amazing pieces for such great prices, thanks to one the online retailer Choies. Seriously, check them out. Their midi skirt selection is Ah. Maz. Ing. I hope you’re all enjoying your own transition into fall. Thanks for stopping by!
