You guys, the city of San Francisco has been transformed into a holiday wonderland and I have been loving all the holiday lights and decorations. There’s just something so magical about this time of year that you can’t help but smile everywhere you go. Speaking of holiday magic, I always look forward to dressing for this festive season more than anything. Sequins, velvet, amazing outwear, you name it. I want to wear it all!
When it comes to holiday dressing, I’m always kind of at a loss with accessories. Over the years, I have been leaning more towards a minimalist jewelry approach. A simple pair of earrings here, a dainty necklace (if any!) there, and occasionally a watch. However, I’ve had a hard time finding watches that blend with my personal style. With watches, I tend to enjoy timeless pieces instead of ones that are super trendy. On that same note, I have some wrists so I am always those huge and trendy watch faces don’t really work for me. However, I have always had a soft spot for vintage pieces, especially when it comes to jewelry, so when Casio decided to release a special line of vintage watches with Bloomingdale’s, I was excited to see them for myself! I have to say, this gold one did not disappoint. I love the vintage feel and how unique it is from all the other watches out there right now. Plus, there’s something about the vintage gold that just screams “wear me during the holidaaaaaaaays!” Couldn’t you just see yourself wearing it with all of your sparkly holiday outfits?!
