When my friends at Sumissura reached out to me about another collaboration, I jumped at the chance to work with them again! Jacket sleeves are always a little too short, upper arm/shoulder areas are always a little snug, and don’t even get me started on the length. Usually, tops and jackets always hit me too short because I have a crazy long torso. However, with Sumissura’s custom pieces, they actually have you measure your awkward body parts so that they can incorporate those measurements into your “made just for you” pieces. Take this blazer for instance. It fits me PERFECTLY and that is not by accident. Sumissura ensures that pieces will fit YOU just right by taking every single measurement that you can think of so that you don’t have to buy the item, wait for it to arrive, and THEN go and have it tailored just to wait another week plus for it to be completed. They take out all of the middle steps for you so when your piece arrives, it arrives perfect! WINNING!

What a fantastic blazer and what a cool program for getting clothing that truly works for your body. We are all shaped so differently and having pieces either custom made or tailored makes a huge difference. Almost every piece of clothing I buy goes right to the tailor, so Sumissura is a nice way to cut out that middle step! : )
