Ugh. Mondays after a long holiday weekend are the WORST. Anyone else dragging like me?

I wore this outfit on Thanksgiving and was, of course, overdressed. Called it! Oh well. These sequin pants are pretty much the perfect thing to wear all holiday season because they are incredibly fun and festive. This time, I paired them with this adorable buffalo plaid print flannel that I picked up at J Crew (thanks, Black Friday sales!). It’s safe to say that I’m now obsessed with buying plaid flannel tops thanks to J Crew. I can’t get enough of them. Cute and cozy? I want to wear one everyday!

I understand that this outfit might be a touch loud for some of my gals out there, but personal style is all about experimenting with what works for you. When I was trying to fall asleep on the night before Thanksgiving, I was trying to figure out what to wear for the holiday dinner with my family. All of a sudden, pairing these two pieces together just came to me like a stylish premonition. I haven’t worn anything close to this outfit before, but I wanted to push myself to try something new. Turns out, I’m kinda obsessed with this outfit and can’t wait to wear it again.
