How can you not love gingham? It just screams summer, especially this red and white pattern on this Topshop crop top that basically looks like a fun picnic blanket. I have definitely been dipping my toe into the crop top pool and can officially say that I’m obsessed! Honestly, they are the best topper to a high waisted skirt, like this midi skirt shown above. So, when I found this gingham crop top on sale, I knew that I had to add it to my ever expanding collection.

I recently finished watching Mad Men and, while I am typically drawn to silhouettes that were popular during the 1950s and 1960s, I have been even MORE obsessed with wearing my midi skirts and dresses as much as possible. They just have such a fun feel to them and they always help me feel put together. Hey, if it ain’t broke…? Am I right?!
