As excited I am for fall styles, I can’t help but feel a little sad and prematurely nostalgic for the warm weather and sunny day activities when summer comes to a close. Usually, my brightly colored clothing (this dress being one of those items) gradually moves toward the back of my closet and the more neutral, warmer hues make their way to the front for easy grabbing access. Currently, San Francisco has entered Indian Summer, which is always the warmest part of the year. For me, it always comes a touch too late because, by now, I am ready to embrace the cooler weather that is just within reach. Well, beggars can’t be choosers and I have learned to soak up the last few weeks of warm (sometimes HOT) weather, the extended daylight, and the family BBQs before it all becomes a distant memory in the presence of fall and winter.
I hope you are all having a wonderful day and thank you for stopping by!
