A simple black dress will get you far in this world, ladies. It’s a staple that every woman should have on hand and if you’re like me, you’re always on the hunt for one with unique details. I love the split front, the midi length, and the deep-v back on this particular ASOS dress. But let me be honest. It’s very hard for me to say “no” to a black dress. Not only could it be worn for any occasion, but wearing black just makes me feel put together. I know I’m justifying my black dress addiction, but I don’t really care. If something works for you, keep on wearing it!

San Francisco has started to see some rain and real fall weather! Hooray!!! With the humidity of the rain, I have been able to get away with just wearing my new go-to blanket scarf. You guys, this scarf really goes the distance warmth-wise. My arms and neck are usually what starts to get cold first so I find that if I cover up those areas with the help of this scarf, I can keep the rest of me warm. Talk about getting your money’s worth!
