Sequin pants on a day that isn’t New Years Eve?! Unheard of! Yes, I am being a tad overdramatic, but really, how often to do you see people rocking sequin pants after December 31st? Yeah, that’s what I thought! I just adore these sequin pants. They are so fun and unexpected for a night out on the town. These pants recently went on super sale at Nordstrom (down to $24!), which is such an amazing price for pants of this quality!
While I have mentioned her on here, I haven’t really told you all about my sister, aka my BFF, aka my soulmate. My sister is such an amazing person and she really knows me inside and out. We have the best time together and we make each other laugh by making silly noises or rolling around on the floor in an attempt to act something out for each other. She’s the best. While she has a million other amazing qualities that I did not mention (yet), she is my partner in crime when it comes to shopping and my love for style. She is also an amazing gift giver. For Christmas, she gave me the top that I am wearing in the photos above. Isn’t it AMAZING? The funniest part about this gift was that I had actually added this sweatshirt to my online shopping cart and left it there to remind myself that I wanted it (c’mon, I know I’m not the only one who does this!). When I opened this present on Christmas, I screamed because, A. She didn’t even know I wanted it and somehow knew that I would love it and B. I was so excited that it was finally mine! Yay for intertwining sister minds!
I wanted to pair these fancy pants with something a little more casual. I love the gray texture of this sweatshirt and those little navy blue bows are to die for. Together, I think they make a fun little outfit. I didn’t even feel the need to put on a necklace or other fancy jewelry because the bows and the sequins already make quite the statement.
