SF Fall Guide x Veronica Beard / Ampersand

Happy Monday, friends! I’m switching things up a bit on the blog this week and will be posting a fun series trio in collaboration with one of my favorite designer duos to work with, Veronica Beard. You may remember me gushing about my experience at Veronica Beard’s presentation at NYFW when I was there back in February. I couldn’t get over their fall collection so I am feeling very honored to be styling pieces of this incredible collection for all of you! Alongside each Veronica Beard fall-inspired outfit, I will be featuring one of my favorite go-to places in San Francisco. Fun fact, each SF place featured this week is located in the Mission (more specifically on or very near Valencia St.), which borders alongside the neighborhood where I live, Noe Valley.

To start off this SF Fall Guide x Veronica Beard, I just had to re-feature my favorite florist here in SF, Ampersand. Not only are their floral choices always insanely beautiful and on trend for the season, but their entire shop is like the Vogue Magazine of flower shops. The perfectly blue/green barn doors lead you into a small but substantial A-frame structure that is expertly decorated with every type of floral you may need, seasonal decor, and even beautiful wooden furniture for you to sit and admire this adorable shop from. In addition to Ampersand’s obvious interior dream of a space, the florists are not only sweet but very knowledgeable about everything flower related. Plus, they’ll make a kickass bouquet for any budget!
Amongst the beautiful silver buckets of flowers, you’ll see me in one of the most beautiful sweaters for Fall and Winter 2017. The emerald green knit and the incredible gold button details help make this Veronica Beard sweater feel very special. And the sleeves, THE SLEEVES. I mean, those sleeves are perfection. I love how full they are at the top and how closely they cling to your arms at the bottom. This piece is an understated statement piece, which Veronica Beard excels at creating. When I say understated, what I mean is that you could literally wear this statement sweater very casually with jeans and still feel like a million bucks while also being extremely comfortable. On that note, my level of comfort has become much more of a priority over the past couple of years and I am always on the hunt for pieces that allow me to both LIVE my life and continue to embody my high standard for personal style. In a nutshell, this is what Veronica Beard means to me. I love that their pieces are created for all types of women in all phases of their lives while helping us each feel special in our own way at the same time.
Looking forward to sharing the rest of my SF Guide x Veronica Beard collaboration throughout the week!
Thank you to Veronica Beard for partnering with Wannabe Fashion Blogger for this post.
