How in the world is it almost 2020? The start of a new decade and maybe the most exciting chapter that Jonny and I will start in early March 2020. It’s kind of crazy to think about how different our lives are going to be once Baby Beeb is born and we are both excited (and nervous!) to see how we will all adapt to the biggest change ever. The end of the year always makes me reflect on everything that happened over the past twelve months and it’s crazy how fast time is flying by. I really feel like I JUST told Jonny that I was pregnant and now we are preparing for this little guy’s arrival. Like, WHAT?! I have heard that as you get older time goes by faster and faster but adding a baby/kid into the mix makes time literally FLY by. Next year is going to be a year of firsts for my little family but I am very excited to see where life takes us. I am hoping that time doesn’t fly by too quickly because I want to enjoy every single moment.
I’m getting a little ahead of myself though, because it’s only NYE, which means it’s time to break out the sparkle. My friends at Reformation were kind enough to send me this beautiful stretchy and sparkly velvet dress for the holiday season and I cannot get enough of it. The fit is perfect for the bump and I love how effortlessly chic it is, making it easy to wear it out for a fancy NYE party or remain comfy AND festive if you are staying in. It’s easy to just slip on and the stretch helps us all after all that holiday indulging, amiright?! Love that this piece could stay in your closet for years and would be easy to reach for every year.
