I love me a good layered sweater moment, don’t you? To be honest, I’m actually not a sweater poncho person but I just couldn’t say no to this knit combo from Mango. I bet you didn’t know that I’m actually wearing TWO knit sweater pieces that I paired together. One is a poncho style (I’m wearing it as a dress here) and the other is more of a cape style that has a turtleneck attached to the knit cape portion. Both pieces have very thick and cozy turtlenecks (my fav!) and it was really fun to wear these two pieces together. If I’m being honest, you will need to wear a little dress underneath the poncho because it is completely open on the sides. The top piece helped to cover the open parts of the poncho but I didn’t have anything else on under the poncho except my maternity tights. I do not recommend this unless you want to be constantly pulling at this knit pieces all day long. With that said, I LOVE when sweaters bring a little drama to an outfit. This is definitely a pretty epic sweater look that is right up my ally. It makes a statement but it’s still very wearable for every day. I would highly recommend these pieces, which of course can be worn separately, if you live somewhere very chilly because they will keep you extremely warm.
