Spring in the Mission is a magical thing. The trees are raining pink petals, I suddenly want to buy all of the beautiful bouquets I pass on the street, and everyone is dining outside. Spring is especially fantastic in this great city of San Francisco because our summers are notoriously cold so this short season is the one time us gals can show off our “summer” pieces.

For those of you that don’t already know, I live in Noe Valley, a beautiful neighborhood that borders the Mission. Jonny and I are always in the Mission and strangely enough, I’ve never shot any looks for the blog there! It’s about time I featured this amazing neighborhood on Wannabe Fashion Blogger, don’t you think? To celebrate this bucket list milestone, I whipped out my all time favorite dress. I mean, how often do you find the most beautifully embroidered pinafore dress that’s essentially perfect for any occasion? As a person who has worn a ton of different clothing, I will tell you it’s rare to find pieces that just speak to you so strongly that you feel like they’re made for you. In a nutshell, that is this dress for yours truly. I am so glad I took the plunge on it last year and I know it will be one of those staple pieces in my wardrobe for years to come.

Have a fantastic weekend, friends!
