Remember how I was talking about stalking items that I love the other day? Well, let’s just say this Tibi Peplum Jacket has been on my “stalk list” for a good three years and I only JUST made it mine (thanks again, eBay!). Even though this piece is on the older side, I still feel like it’s pretty timeless. I love the exaggerated peplum waist and the fact that it’s navy and with white stripes means I can pretty much wear it with anything including more stripes, like this awesome Topshop striped dress that I picked up during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale for $40. Woo! You would probably laugh at me for owning so many striped shirts, dresses, jackets, and shoes (yep, shoes!) but, in my opinion, I just can’t have enough stripes in my closet. They are classic, effortlessly cool, and go with literally everything (the perfect introductory piece when it comes to fixing patterns!). Long story short, I am so happy to welcome this striped jacket to my closet. I hope my other stripes play nice.
