Outfit Details | Sweater (J Crew, on sale!), Top (Madewell, love this one), Skirt (H&M, very similar), Belt (kate spade new york), Shoes (Guess, similar), Purse (Rebecca Minkoff, same style/different color here), Earrings (Etsy), Lipstick (MAC “Flat Out Fabulous”).
There are some days that are just made for pink. It probably comes as no surprise that I am a touch, okay VERY, obsessed with the color pink (I blame my mom for this since it is her favorite color). Last year around this time, I was very into fuchsia. Don’t worry, I still love a vibrant pink, but I am feeling the pastels for this fall and winter. There is something so unexpected about wearing lighter colors as the days get shorter and colder and I am loving where this color palette is already taking my ever-maturing style.
In other news, I am still obsessing over midi skirts. In my opinion, there is nothing more feminine than an a-line full skirted silhouette. It screams femininity without making you feel like a 6 year old, it’s a fun nod to the styles of years past, and, let’s be honest, it’s always chic because it flatters every body type. Of course, for today’s ultimate girlie ensemble, I paired my pale pinks with this black midi skirt and started my day.
Thanks for reading and have a fabulous weekend, friends!
So cute! Love your feminine style! 🙂
