Happy Valentine’s Day week! I know that’s not actually a “thing” but I know I’ll be celebrating by continuing to wear pink and red almost daily and eating Valentine’s candies by the handful. Cool? Cool.

To start this week off on the right foot, I broke out my “perfect” dress. We all have one of these items that live in our closets. That dress that you keep coming back to time after time, those jeans that hug you just right, that purse that just seems to go with every outfit. For me, that item is this kate spade new york dress. I bought it just under a year ago and never once did I regret it. Jonny and I both agree that this dress can do no wrong because every time I wear it, I can’t help but smile from ear to ear. Plus, it’s A-line style and bold color will stand the test of time, at least in my closet. I paired it with this adorable heart button down top that my sister lent me (thanks, Ar!) and I love how it looks with the hot pink!

Valentine’s Day is such a fun holiday to dress up for that I find myself gravitating toward cutesy outfits. You know, full skirts, button down tops, classic heels, bows! I just can’t get enough. I’m pretty sure this holiday was made for a girlie girl like me and I am living it up all week. I hope you tune in!
