Ever since I discovered Reformation a couple years ago, it’s been very hard for me to go a couple weeks without adding one of their pieces to my wardrobe, especially in the spring and summer time. If you have been following me for awhile, you know that spring and summer style is actually very difficult for me because I am such a cold weather style lover. It’s not that I don’t love spring and summer (I promise I do), I just feel uninspired by a lot of warm weather styles. I know, you’re probably thinking I’m crazy but I feel like I stand in front of my closet all summer scratching my head and asking myself “what do I even wear today?” I mean, what even is WFB style without fabulous outwear and layers?!
With that said, Reformation has changed my attitude around warm weather dressing. Their effortless designs and fun prints would convert any winter girl to a summer girl in a snap. Take this dress for instance. I am obsessed with the print. I also have been trying to add more red pieces to my wardrobe because a lot of people have been telling me to do so and I’m really glad I have been listening to that advice. I actually love red. I just never grab for it when I’m trying to figure out what to wear even though red shades really compliment my coloring. Again, I know, I’m WEIRD OKAY?! Anyway, Reformation invited me to check out and shop at their brand new Fillmore St. location, which is gorgeous BTW. They have a corner spot right under a bunch of beautiful trees and the space is BEAUTIFUL. As an avid Ref addict, I was thrilled! I basically tried on the entire store and couldn’t NOT leave with this dress. The fit was insane (like, was this dress made for ME?!) and the color/floral print made my heart sing with joy.
