Stuart Weitzman 5050 As you may or may not know, I love me a good pair of boots. I have struggled with finding the perfect pair of boots in the past because of a few factors: 1.) I’m tall and have very long legs. This may seem like a positive thing to my more petite followers, but it is so hard to find boots that fit my legs the way that I want them to fit. I have had good luck with Frye boots (I currently own these), but I have found that those are the boots that I reach for when I want to dress more casually. 2.) I am very (VERY) picky when it comes to shoes, especially boots. A lot of people like little added extras on their boots. Not me. I want my boots as plain as they can be. I find that the more monotone the boot, the more chic it looks. Last winter, I found a pair of J Crew boots (these) that I really like, but I wish the shaft of the boot was just a tad taller. 3.) The boots I want are always so expensive. I have splurged on boots in the past, but those are very rare moments since well-made boots are usually hand-crafted, which means more $$$. Now, allow me to focus on the beautiful Stuart Weitzman 5050 boots that are shown above. I. Am. In. Love. In typical Wannabe Fashion Blogger style, I have researched the heck out of these boots. I have read reviews, watched YouTube videos, and looked at them on multiple retail websites. I’ve decided, after much internal debate, that I want the black suede version (pictured above). I mean, is there anything more chic than black suede boots that reach just over the knee!? Perfection! An added bonus of these boots is that the back part of the boot is actually very stretchy, which means that it conforms to different leg shapes and sizes! So, basically you are buying a boot that is going to adjust to your specific leg measurements. Hallelujah! Plus, for me personally, I can rest easy and know that this boot is actually going to be tall enough for me. My plan is to ask beg for these beauties for my birthday, which is coming up in March. Hopefully, everyone can contribute to my “5050” fund and I can call myself a proud “perfect boot” owner when I enter my “late” twenties. Thanks for reading, lovelies!
