I have always wanted to shoot in this part of the San Francisco. Nob Hill is such a classic part of the city and houses some of the most prestigious hotels. Plus, the views from the top of Nob Hill are absolutely incredible. There's just something magical about this little slice of SF heaven. You feel like you are on top of the world and during the holidays, each hotel and business goes all out with their decorations. You can't help but get into the holiday spirit when you visit.
We are right in the thick of the holiday season, which means people are dressing to the nines in their fanciest threads and the city feels festive and happy. Even though I love dressing up as much as the next blogger, there are times when I just need a casual holiday outfit to take a break from pulling on another fancy dress. You guys get it, right? Sometimes I just CAN'T with the fancy outfits.
I kind of have this thing for pants. As much as I love jeans, pants have this soft spot in my heart because they are just so...classic. I can't help but feel like any outfit of mine is elevated when I wear a pair of pants, especially a fun pair like these plaid babies. I really wanted a pair of plaid pants this fall and winter and I feel like these pants are not only perfect for the holiday season but a pair that is so timeless that I would wear year round.
Newsflash! It's been freezing cold in San Francisco. No, that's not an exaggeration. Well, okay, maybe it's been really really really cold and not "freezing" cold but STILL. It's COLD. Anyway, my favorite solution for those chilly days is to layer it up so you can at least look cute while freezing your booty off.
There's something so damn RIGHT about a cozy sweater. I mean, I am convinced that sweaters were basically put on this earth to make our lives better because they sure make mine that much more amazing. I have been working with And Other Stories for the past two months to feature items from their online collection and I am really loving their pieces.
