This top has clearly become a favorite of mine. I literally wear it ALL the time and I am obsessed with the look and feel of it. Okay, I have a confession to make. I am really bad at buying tops. I know, it's weird, but also true. I find that I often splurge more on jeans, dresses, coats, and even sweaters because I find that tops never really feel special enough for me to just wear out.

If you didn't already know, Ariana (my younger sister!) and I are besties and love to travel together so we have been making more of an effort to go on multiple sister trips throughout the year. A couple months ago, we traveled to NYC, followed by this summer trip to Quebec, and we are thinking about going to Hawaii next! We always have the best time and it's so fun traveling together this year. While we were gone, quite a few of my readers reached out and asked whether or not I would be creating a Quebec travel guide for those that were interested in traveling there so here we are!
These boots were a bit out of the box for me. I don't typically buy statement shoes because I tend to splurge on my neutral items so that I can pair them with as many things as possible. However, I have been obsessed with all things Anine Bing lately and when she started teasing these booties, I become OBSESSED with them.
Lately, I have been learning to embrace my curves a bit more. I'm not really the kind of girl that loves have a curvy bottom half because I work my ass off to keep everything toned. It's taken me awhile to accept that my body is MY body and other than keep it healthy, there's really not much I can do to change it. With that in mind, I have been trying to be much nicer to myself when I look in the mirror.
If you haven't heard, lavender and lilac are huge this year. Honestly, if you haven't heard this at this point in the style season, then you must be living under a rock or I am just way too in the know with Pantone's color selections. Either way, purple is IN and here to stay from the looks of it. All I see are new purple pieces making their way onto women's bodies and truthfully, I am INTO IT.
