As you know, the Verso Skincare line is by far one of my favorite skincare lines I have come across. Ever since I turned 30 (I'm now 32), skincare is my biggest priority when it comes to beauty. Wanting to introduce more retinol based products into my life, I started researching skincare lines that would best suit my needs. Naturally, as I've gotten older, I've noticed more fine lines appearing around my eyes and on my forehead. While I am 100% fine with aging naturally, I want to preserve my youthful glow for as long as I can.

Never in a million years did I think I would own a straw visor. I love hats but I often don't wear them because I'm the kind of girl that wears something for the entire day and doesn't like taking a hat on and off depending on where the day takes me. Plus, have you heard of hat hair? Yeah, hat hair is intense for me so I need to be careful when it comes to wearing hats.

Maybe it's the recent passing of 4th of July, but I just cannot seem to get enough red in my wardrobe lately. I have always been drawn to red. Starting from a young age, my parents told me I am a "winter," meaning I look best in deep, vibrant colors due to my skin tone and hair color. Not to sound conceited, but I also think that I look good in red but I rarely wear it. I don't know what it is. There is something about the color that I am drawn to but I don't feel super confident wearing it (aka I rarely pull out the red pieces in my closet).

I've stayed at quiet a few hotels in my lifetime but there are a few that really rise to the top of my favorites list. Hotel 71 has most definitely made it to my "favorites" for quiet a few reasons. Hotel 71 is nestled in the best location within the walls of Old Quebec. Only a 15 minute ride from the airport, Hotel 71 feels very central to everything that is happening in Old Quebec. Since Hotel 71 is located near the bottom of Old Quebec, you have an incredible view of the river, which also harbors a cruise ship port and a beautiful river walkway that gives you the most stunning view of Old Quebec at sunset.

It seems that all I want to wear are polka dots and instead of trying to favor other patterns, I'm just leaning into the obsession. I have loved polka dots since I was young. I love how whimsical they are and how happy they make me feel. Plus, they always feel insanely chic to me and that's probably because they give me all the Parisian vibes whenever I wear them.
